Please be aware that currently the surgery is not accepting requests for prescriptions over the telephone. Please do not call the surgery to request a repeat prescription.
If you need to order your repeat medication, please use one of the following methods:
Your online service (if you have registered), your mobile app such as the NHS App or request at your pharmacy. You can also sign up with your pharmacy for electronic prescriptions to be sent straight to your pharmacist. If you register for electronic prescriptions with your pharmacy, you will no longer need to collect your prescription from the surgery, just order as above and collect your medication. Please allow sufficient time for you prescription to be sent and prepared.
